Mysecrex.com has the right to end offers at any time. In the instance that a customer has two or more discount codes they should use the code for the greater amount as discount offers and voucher codes can not be added together.

The Payment of the order must be done when you are placing your order. Payment must be done following the instructions given by the Site itself with Bank Transfer or Credit Card. Dinja will issue invoice for the Purchase Order only upon prior request by the customer, sending it via e-mail to the subject holder of the Order. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the customer will prevail. Dinja therefore reminds the Customer to always check with the greatest attention, the accuracy of the information provided.

All goods sold through this site are sold as ‘novelty goods.’ mysecrex.com will not be held responsible for any injury caused by improper use. Goods or packaging of goods may differ slightly to those displayed on the website. Mysecrex.com cannot be held responsible for errors or interruption on the website.

All customers have the right to cancel their orders under the The Distance Selling Regulations which gives consumers extra protection when buying online. Specific legislation here that applies is regulation 8 of The Distance Selling Regulations. You have the right to cancel the purchase of goods without having to give a reason at any time within the "cooling off period" of seven working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods.
If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have canceled the contract.
We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.
Any refund will be made by the same route as the payment was made.

Mysecrex.com accepts unwanted items for refund or exchange for up to 14 days. All we ask is that these products are unopened, unused or unworn as appropriate.
Faulty items will be replaced or exchanged up to 21 days after purchase, unless otherwise stated in the product specification.
In all cases you will need to complete the returns form to tell us the details of your return and be issued with a returns number. You can then post the item back to us at the supplied address. Please don’t forget to fill in and include the return slip in your parcel. This will ensure your return is processed as efficiently as possible.
Please ensure you get a free certificate of posting from the Post Office upon dispatch and keep this in a safe place. We cannot accept responsibility for any items returned without a certificate of posting.
Should your unwanted item be returned to us in an unsanitary, opened or used condition, we will have no choice but to decline your refund and return the item to you.
Lingerie, latex clothing and consumables are exempt from your right to return once they have been opened, used or worn. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Balms
• Creams
• Hosiery (including bodystockings, stockings and tights)
• Latex lingerie and clothing
